I am a national board-certified health and wellness coach, a Mayo Clinic-certified coach, and I hold a national certification in counseling. I coach faculty and staff at Stanford University.  With almost 40 years of experience coaching and teaching, I specialize in empowering women to transform their relationship with food, weight, and stress. Using mindful self-compassion and the latest research, I help women break free from unhealthy cycles, reduce stress, and embrace a healthier, more joyful life. My approach focuses on creating sustainable change that honors both body and soul.
